INFECTED (LV)

Infected was created in Latvia in the year 2000. The band has already played a significant number of live shows, out of which one should particularly mention supporting the American NILE, as well as performance at II Metal festival in Blome amongst the most important Latvian metal bands. After 1 full-lp and numerous metal-collection appearances the group plans to issue their 2nd CD in 2007. Infected is fully endorsed by Mayo with guitar-players Viesturs & Artyom using Setius GTM-7 guitars & bass-player Ilmar playing a Be-5 Exotic Bass.

Guitars ordered by Viesturs & Artyom of Infected are Mayones standard Setius 7-strings with DiMarzio Evolution-7 pickups & coil-splitting option in a push-pull vol pot. Mahogany streamline bodies with Maple tops, bolt-on thin profile Mahogany-Maple necks, Rosewood fingerboards. The guitars featue 2 different body top colors - translucent black for Viesturs & graphite for Artyom.
