Today lesson is a Shred/Blues lick that combines alternate picking and 3-notes per string tapping.

The first part is based on the D Blues scale with extra notes from the D Dorian Mode, rhythmic interest is created grouping 16th-notes sextuplets in groups of four, and mixing 16th-notes triplets with 32nd notes.
The second part of the lick is based only on the D Blues scale only, fingered 3-notes per string with tapping.
Blues Scale:
1 - b3 - 4 - b5 - 5 - b7
D - F - A - Gb - G - C
D Dorian:
1 - 2 - b3 - 4 - 5 - 6 - b7
D - E - F - G - A - B - C
