Riverside is a way of expressing reflections, dreams and fantasies through music. It is an idea for exposing emotions, for an escape from the grey or unnaturally overcoloured reality. It is music inspired by a time, a place, a thought and a word, a figment of their own and other people's imagination. It is joy and sadness, a whisper and a scream.

After completing their Reality Dream trilogy with the latest Rapid Eye Movement album, Riverside is seen as one of the leading bands of the progressive rock/metal scene. Their music, full of emotions and chilling atmosphere has gathered a massive group of fans all over Europe, especially after each of the amazing concerts...

Riverside is currently celebrating the release of their latest opus - Anno Domini High Definition, the most energetic and rocking record in band's history. After the triumphant tour across their homeland, Riverside collects new hosts of souls during the Old World tour.

ANNO DOMINI HIGH DEFINITION is band's third album recorded using customized Mayones guitars and basses. Piotr's Setius PRO comes with Schaller Floyd Rose PRO bridge and 2 DiMarzio humbuckers (Air Norton + D-Sonic) together with 5-pos. switch both for pickups selection and coil-splitting. The fingerboard has been marked with symbols of the zodiac Pisces.

"The guitar is indeed beautiful and when I first saw her, I couldn't fully believe that it's really... mine :)), as the overall visual, the color, finish & the markers of course (my astrological symbol) make this axe a one-and-only, unrepeatable piece in the whole world!" tells Piotr.

"Another cool thing at Mayo is the possibility of experimenting with the custom equipment. I was not used to play Mahogany guitars before so I was also not fully convinced to bridge DiMarzio D-Sonic inside. Now I can tell that the sound is brilliant - deep and very 'rockstyle'. On the other hand Air Norton has been one of my favourites for a long time and it sounds perfect once again here :) After my wish, the humbucker pickups are operated by a 5-way coil-splitting pickup selector switch, and this is once again a thing that I have never tried before customizing my guitar in Mayones. A good choice for a nice & broad palette of sounds - I can say now."
