Maurizio Rolli
Maurizio Rolli is an electric and upright bass player, an arranger and a composer. He has worked with: Peter Erskine, Mike Stern, Danny Gottlieb, Otmaro Ruiz, Michael Manring, Hiram Bullock, Alex Acuña, Bob Mintzer, Scott Kinsey, Bill Evans, Jim Hall, David Liebman, Diane Shuur, Andy Timmons etc. He played bass in Hiram Bullock Trio and Alex Acuña's R.A.R.E. He's the conductor of the "Rolli's tones" Big Band. He's the only Italian musician featured as "CD of the month" in "Bass Player Magazine" and the one to be invited to the Jaco Pastorius Birthday Bash in 2002.
